Welcome to MiddleViewer. By using our macOS application and website, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the MiddleViewer application for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, nor may you bundle it with other software for resale. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with local laws regarding recording and privacy.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
Since MiddleViewer provides instant access to interview credits upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
If you encounter a technical error where you were charged but did not receive your credits, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and issue a full refund or credit adjustment within 24-48 hours.
MiddleViewer is a digital product. There is no physical shipping involved.
Upon successful payment, your account balance is automatically updated with interview credits. You can start using them immediately within the application.
Delivery is programmed to be instant. If you do not see your updated balance within 5 minutes of payment, please contact support.
